How does a turn work?
Tap a kiln to add the next fuel value to it. That kiln does not cool during this turn; the other two cool by their displayed rates, never below zero. The fuel tray is consumed in its visible order. A move above capacity is rejected without consuming fuel.
When is a puzzle solved?
Use the complete fuel tray and finish with all three heat values exactly on their targets. Reaching a target early does not lock a kiln: it can still cool. You may temporarily go above a target, provided you remain within capacity.
What does a lid do?
Some later levels give you one lid. Placing it does not use a fuel piece. It prevents the covered kiln from cooling for the next two fuel turns. Each fuel turn uses one round of protection, even when you feed the covered kiln.
Can I undo or get a hint?
Undo returns to the previous game state, including the lid and its remaining protection. Restart lets you try the tray again. A free hint suggests the next move or a rewind if the current path cannot finish successfully. Hints do not silently play a move for you.
Where are my pottery and progress?
They are saved on this iPhone. There is no account or cross-device synchronization, and we cannot recover deleted progress. Keep the app installed to retain local progress.
Are these real firing temperatures?
No. Heat values are abstract game units used for arithmetic and planning. They are not physical temperatures, pottery-firing instructions or settings for a real kiln.
